Randy enjoys a Window Film career that has stretched over 30 years. Various assignments have led to continued advancement in the Window Films business and Include selling and installing for consumers, assisting with; technical sales, product management, technical assistance, product & installation training, marketing and relationship development to Channel Partners and Dealers. Randy has also worked with Architects, Interior Designers, General Contractors, Channel Partners and Dealers to help build and move window film through the project pipeline. Randy began working for CPFilm’s in 1995, Hanita Coatings in 2014 as the East Coast USA Window Films Sales Manager and became the Regional Technical Window Films Specialist under Avery Dennison after their acquisition of Hanita Coatings in January 2018.

Lisa retired in 2021 as the Director, Global Product Management and Industry Affairs for the Performance Films business of Eastman Chemical. She is speaking today on behalf of the International Window Film Association.
