To earn CEU credit, you must watch the webinar in its entirety and successfully complete the required quiz. Once all requirements are met, certificates will be awarded automatically. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks to receive AIA credit for the course.
You must login to your app.cestrong.com account to access your certificates. Certificates are available in the My CES Courses section of your account dashboard. You must select the course for which you would like to download the desired certificate.
Certificates are generated immediately after you complete all course requirements. They will be emailed to the email associated with your account as well as in your app.cestrong.com dashboard.
Certificates of Completion will be emailed in a PDF format immediately after you complete all course requirements. Please allow for up to 3 to 4 weeks to receive AIA credit for the course.
Yes. Certificates remain available in your account and can be downloaded as many times as needed.
Log in to your app.cestrong.com account and visit the My CES Courses section to see all webinars you have successfully completed.
Click the Forgot Password link on the login page on app.cestrong.com and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
