François Lévy Architecture + Interiors

François Lévy AIA, AIAA is a registered New Mexico and Texas architect, author, researcher and former university lecturer who’s been designing in Austin for over twenty years. His BA in classics and philosophy is from St John’s College; he holds an M.Arch as well as an MS in architectural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He has taught in both the Schools of Architecture and Engineering at UT Austin, as well as at St Edward’s University and UT San Antonio’s Department of Architecture. His projects have attracted regional and national press, including Dwell Magazine and HGTV. François is the author of books on design: BIM for Design Firms as well as BIM in Small-Scale Sustainable Design; a contributor to the AIA’s The Architect’s Handbook of Professional Practice; and he has lectured widely on sustainability, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and space architecture.
